1. These terms
These Terms of Use apply to the NanoMoz website, NanoMoz web accounts, its product preview, beta applications and related communications. NanoMoz is currently an independent, founder-operated project. In these terms, “NanoMoz,” “we” and “us” refer to the individual operating the project.
By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. When you create an account, we record the date and time of acceptance and the versions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy presented to you. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or create an account.
2. Current product status
Account creation and account management are available now. The iPhone product and web image studio shown on this site remain in development. Current interactive previews do not upload photos, generate images or sell subscriptions. Features, availability and commercial terms may change before launch.
3. Eligibility, accounts and beta access
You must be at least 18 to create a NanoMoz web account or apply for the private beta. You are responsible for using an account you are authorised to access and for keeping access to your connected ChatGPT account secure. We may limit, pause or end access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse. An account or beta application does not guarantee product access, a release date, a free trial or any specific feature.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated means to overload the service. Future use of NanoMoz will also be subject to the AI Safety & Acceptable Use rules on this site.
5. Intellectual property
The NanoMoz name, interface, website text, graphics and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of NanoMoz materials to you. Separate app terms will explain user inputs and outputs before launch.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every previewed feature will ship. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as NanoMoz develops. Material revisions will receive a new version and effective date and, where required, we will ask account holders to accept the revised terms. Questions: legal@nanomozai.com.
